Jinan Shenquan Foreign Language School is a 12-year consistent school approved by Jinan Education Bureau in 2019. It was invested and founded by Jinze Industrial Group and now offers primary school, junior high school, senior high school and international education. The school is located in Mount Notre Dame Scenic Spot in Pingyin county, Jinan. It has Jinze Vocational University and the largest begonia tree garden in Jinan in the north, and Shandong Shenquan Quality Education Development Base in the west. The campus covers an area of more than 500 acres, with a construction area of 120,000 square meters, more than 4,700 students, and more than 700 faculty and staff.

In order to realize our educational ideals, the school has established a close cooperative relationship with Shanghai Jiao Tong University Education Group, and hired Wang Yijun, the former Deputy Director of Weihai Education Bureau and principal of Weihai No. 1 Middle School, to lead a team of experts to assist the development of the school. Under the guidance of the expert team, we have established the 1348 Development Strategic Plan, focusing on the implementation of one core education concept, three major reforms and innovations, four school-running characteristics and eight pillar projects, and fully implemented Shenquan Students Self-cultivation Action Plan and 361 Student-centered Classroom Teaching Model, as well as Shenquan’s Eight Education, a characteristic curriculum system. We vigorously promote characteristic education featuring minority languages, arts and sports, science, technology and labor, and traditional culture as well, focusing on core qualities and achieving whole-person development. At the same time, the school has established close cooperation with many educational institutions in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Russia, Germany, Japan and South Korea, building a fast and safe channel for students to access to elite academies around the world and for cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries.

With the joint efforts of all staff members and students, the school has achieved rapid progress. Over the years, it has been awarded the titles of 1) Experimental Base of Primary and Secondary School Curriculum in Shandong Province, 2) New Excellent School in Jinan City, 3) Model School of Intelligent Campus for Primary and Secondary Schools in Jinan City, and 4) Practical Base of Labour Education in both Jinan City and Pingyin County.
